ERC-5x Series

ERC-51 & ERC-51D :- These 2 models of elevation rotators are designed for light weight to medium size Satellite or EME antenna systems. With easy U-bolt installation & cost effectiveness. Employing a worm drive system into two stage reduction gearing, driven by a high torque 28v AC motor for the ERC-51 model, where as the ERC-51D is driven via a 12v DC motor. They have low backlash with high rotation torque, powerfully braking without relying on any auxiliary brake system. With a total of 4 gears, two made from high tensile steel (running in a grease filled chamber) where as the other two gears are made from zinc alloy, all gears running on separate shaft. They come standard with Dial Pre-Set & Speed controls including computer interface.

ERC-5A :- This model elevation rotator is designed for large EME antenna or parabolic dish systems. Employing a worm drive system into two stage reduction gearing, driven by a high torque 28v AC motor. With high rotation & brake torque of the worm drive & reduction gearing via chain drive making it well suited to these large antennas. The four internal gears are made of high tensile steel (the first two gears run in a grease filled chamber & with all gears running on separate shafts) which then drives the anti-corrosion high tensile steel chains. Comes standard with Dial Pre-Set & Speed controls including computer control interface.

AER-5 Integrated Az & El Rotator Set

AER-5 :- Is an integrated Azimuth & Elevation Rotator Set.

Designed for light weight to medium size satellite or EME antenna systems. Both EL & AZ rotators employ a worm drive system into 2 stage reduction gearing, driven by a high torque 28v AC motor. They have low backlash with high torque, powerfully braking, without relying on any auxiliary brake system. With a total of four gears (in each rotator), of which two gears are made from high tensile steel running in a grease filled chamber & where as the other two gears are made from zinc alloy. Comes standard with the dual AZ/EL AER controller with Dial Pre-Set & Speed controls including computer interface.

The AER-5 mounts directly to the top of a tower or can be mounted on a pipe mast using the optional MC-2 Lower mast clamp assembly.
