The CK-46 is a revolutionary new type of mast (thrust) bearing, that is a brake away from the standard notions of the past. Advanced engineering plastic technology for the bearings & magnesium alloy die-cast are used for the housings respectively, & also galvanized high tension bolts are used as the hardware, that assures high intensity & strength, anti-corrosion features of the mast bearing. The grasping method for the mast is chuck type (instead of bolts ends type) that adapts the same structures used in the lathe machine, enables a strong grasping force to the mast, that results in no bolt end damage to the mast, meaning aluminium mast can be used with the CK-46, with peace of mind.

The EMR-400 Rotator :- Has a friction brake on the motor, has been fully refurbished & upgraded.

Replacement/Upgrade parts:- 100vAc motor, Zinc plated gears etc, The 8 x M6 mounting holes have been drilled out & had metric M6 RECOIL's installed.

The top chassis plate was strip down (removed the first gear & limit swing bar) then prepared for upgrades, it was them under coated & painted.

The motor start CAP is now in the rotator & limit switches have been installed which means you can still use the standard 6 core control cable.

Since the original controller was damaged by lightning it was completely stripped down & upgraded with NEW parts.

New Parts installed:- DS7R & Power PCB's, 10amp PWM speed control module, 7 way output terminal barrier, Display drive gearing, POT for Speed Control, POT's for display assembly & adjustment, Transformer, LED illumination, Limit LED, Fused IEC power socket & safety power lead, M4 earth bolt.

Upgrades:- Control cable is 7 core via a recessed 8 pin Cinch socket/plug assembly (Replacing the 8 way screw terminal strip), The mast clamp bracket is from a Ham 4 that was re-zinc plated, includes refurbished S/S 'U' bolts & zinc plated hardware.
The housings have been Glass Bead Blasted followed by etch priming then painted in silver hammer tone.
Shimmed & aligned the gears. Aligned & calibrated with the DS2-HG controller.

The HAM2 Rotator :- This rotator has a solenoid activated brake 'V' wedge system.

This rotator was rebuild with NEW & refurbished parts, (inc S/S mast clamps & S/S hardware, CAP, Bearings, Cinch socket & plug, hardware etc.  

The NEW motor had to be stripped down as it was not working properly, polished the drive shafts & fixed the friction brake, then bolted it back together.

The Solenoid brake assembly is good condition with new hardware.

Upgrades :- Control cable is now 7 core (instead of 8 core), by way of moving the motor start CAP to the rotator which used Pin's 4 & 8, then separating the motor & solenoid 0v on Pin 1, moving the motor to Pin 4, Replaced screw terminal with Cinch socket & cover plate, mounted the NEW motor start CAP,  Mast bracket upgraded my NEW Stainless Steel version.

Housings were glass bead blasted, etched primed then finished of in Hammer Tone Silver paint. Shimmed & aligned the gearing, replaced the bearings, then reassembled with new grease through out. Re-wired, Aligned & Calibrated with the controller.

Includes top mast clamp, mounting hardware, Cinch plug. 

Transformers are 240vAC not 220vAC.

The DC-7011DS Controller:- 

Manual direction switches, full circle display & LED illumination. Refurbished & upgraded etc.

Completely disassembled then cleaned, upgraded. Replaced original damaged casings with a NEW Hammond 1598 ABS plastic enclosure. The base & rear chassis have been replaced with a new Stainless-Steel version. The front chassis & front panel have been cut down, both upgraded chassis were installed into new enclosure.
On the front panel, I installed a new illuminated push on/off button power switch.
The PCB has been upgraded with new 10 turn meter alignment POT, to make alignment easier.
Replaced old globe display illumination with 2 x LED modules & installed their power supply onto the main PCB. Replaced the damaged direction display with one from a DC7001 controller Replaced cracked gear in display drive train, refurbished the POT.
The rear panel has an upgraded 6-way screws terminal board, Fused IEC socket & Earth bolt.
Re-wired then re-calibrated & aligned with the DT-7600 rotator.

Supplied with IEC power lead & a revised manual.

The DAIWA DR-7600 Rotator:- 

This rotator has been upgraded with solid final gear & 8mm gear shafts.  

Completely disassembled, cleaned & checked all parts for damage etc. The original 4-stack final drive gear was replaced with one of my KD-38-8 solid gears. Replaced the original 7mm gear shafts with new 8mm versions, all gears & spacer have been bored out to 8mm. Installed NEW limit switches & re-wired to the new 7 pin round LTW socket mounted on an Aluminium cover/mounting plate. Housings & mast clamps have Glass Bead Blasted, then Etch primer followed by Painting in Pewter Epoxy Enamel paint. The mast clamps have been upgraded with RECOIL thread inserts. Re-assembled with new bearings & grease throughout. Re-aligned & calibrated to the controller.

Supplied with new LTW 7 pin plug, stainless-steel mounting & clamping hardware.

This rotator has been upgraded, reconfigured & rewired to suit the CR-4P controller.  

Fully striped down, cleaned & checked all parts for damage etc, Affixed the gear shafts into the lower gear chassis.

The original 4 stack final drive gear was replaced with my KD-38T solid thicker gear version. Install new limit switches with limit rotation feed back to the controller, Fully re-wired to new 7pin round LTW socket which is mounted on a new S/S cover/mounting plate.

The housings & mast clamps were Glass Bead Blasted then etched primed followed by painting in Pewter Epoxy Enamel. I install M8 RECOIL inserts into the top & bottom mast clamp mounting holes as well as into the threaded side if the mast clamps. Reassembled with new ball bearings & new grease through out. Aligned & calibrated to the CR-4P controller.

Supplied with 7 pin IP67 plug & S/S mounting/clamping hardware.

The front panel:- Has full circle direction display, Single Left/Right direction switch (with lift to lock action), Standard power switch.

The back panel:- 6 pin Cinch socket & cover plate, Fused IEC 240v socket, Meter calibration POT & earth bolt.

On the inside: - Install the upgraded DS7R PCB, LED illumination display with it's power supply on the DS7R PCB, The original SRX multi voltage output transformer was used, Calibrated & aligned to the 507 rotator.

The 507 Rotator: - A 502 was upgraded with a 24v DC motor & 4 gears were changed for a lower gear ratio.

Disassembled to the last nut, bolt & screw, then cleaned & check all parts for damage.

Repaired & upgraded the sub chassis, Made up a new motor plate, Replace the original 100v AC motor with a 24v DC version (from an Yaesu G-1000), Replaced & re-wired limit switches also  installed the reverse direction diodes, Refurbished the 600 ohm POT.

All the housings & mast clamps have been Glass Bead Blasted by IMPACT GLASS BEAD follow by etch primer & then sprayed in Pewter Epoxy Enamel paint. The stainless steel hardware was cleaned in a special solution. Replaced the control cable socket with a 5pin LTW socket on a S/S cover plate, Supplied with New 5pin LTW plug.

The gear assembly upgrades:- Gear No 1,2 & 3 were replaced with new gears that are used in a 1103 rotator, I also upgraded the No4 gear with a lower ratio, all these gearing  upgrades gives a lower gear ratio for the DC motor, which has increase the brake torque. Installed a brass support strap under No3 gear to remove the weight of the heaver gears above No.1 gear (this lets it spin freely).

The gears were aligned & shimmed in their sub chassis then installed into the refurbished housing with the new bearing & new grease through out.

Re-aligned & calibrated with the DS7R controller.

Fully disassembled, cleaned & prepared the chassis for new upgraded parts. Chassis was then re-zinc plated.

The Back Panel:- Installed a new 8 pin Cinch socket & lased cut + label etched cover/mounting plate, New fused IEC 240v socket & earth bolt.

On the Inside:- Replaced the original degraded direction display with a solid plastic version which is   illuminated by 4 x 3mm white LED's driven by one of my upgraded yLED-ac PCB's, Installed a New Australian made multi tap transformer, Also installed on of my BDS-35 brake delay PCB's, Fully rewired.  

Fully tested & aligned with the 1102 rotator.

The 1102 Rotator :- Has solenoid activated twin wedge brake system.

Disassembled to the last nut, bolt & screw. Cleaned & checked all parts for damage.

The 4th gear in the drive train was replaced with a new thicker stainless steel version, as the original version is a weak point in these rotators. This new gear (p/n M-49ss) was manufactured for me by ASM Services using laser sintered metal 3D printing process.

All housing & the mast bracket _ clamps were Glass Bead Blasted, followed by Etch Priming then finished off with a top coat epoxy Enamel Silver Hammer Tone.

Most steel brackets & plates have been re-zinc plated, All gear shafts have been affixed to into the main gear chassis. Replaced the control cable socket with New 7 pin LTW version. 

The gears were aligned & shimmed then re-assembled into the refurbished housings with new bearings & new grease through out.

Re-aligned & calibrated to the MSB controller.

The 1300 Rotator :- Has twin solid final drive gears & BK spring brake system.

Disassembled to the last nut, bolt & screw. Cleaned & checked all parts for damage.

All housing & the New Create mast bracket were Glass Bead Blasted, followed by Etch Priming then finished off with a top coat epoxy Enamel Pewter.

Replaced gear shafts with upgraded versions & affixed them to into the lower gear chassis. Replaced the limit switches, Installed new 5 turn 500 ohm POT with new drive gear & stainless steel mounting bracket, Replaced the control cable socket with New 7 pin LTW version & S/S cover plate. 

The gears were aligned & shimmed then re-assembled into the refurbished housings with new bearings & new grease through out.

Install new upgraded Create MC-2 mast bracket assembly onto the top housing, includes all GAL H/W. . 

Re-aligned & calibrated to the CR-4P controller.

The original transformer was replaced with two separate versions 1 x 80 VA 23v all new Australian made version for direction & a new 12v version for the display etc. Also installed DC supply & a PWM motor speed controller. Upgraded the direction switches now also controlling the Preset relays 

The MC-1219+AP Mast Clamp & Adaptor plate Assembly.

All aluminium adaptor plate & refurbished MC-1219 mast clamp. The new adaptor plate is made from 178mm dia. solid aluminium bar cut to 20mm thick then machined with 6 x counter bored holes for mounting to the rotator with 6 x M10 threaded holes for the H/D MC-1219 mast clamp. Both the adaptor plate & mast clamps glass bean blasted, etched primed & painted in epoxy enamel paint (Pewter). Includes all stainless steel M8 & M10 clamping/mounting hardware.   

The 1280 Rotator:- Twin solid final drives onto housing & driven by a (DME60SB) 24v DC motor (this motor is one size larger than what is in the Yaesu G-2800 rotator).

This rotator is an upgraded 1200 with new re-design 10mm thick aluminium gear/motor plate with New longer 12mm gear shafts that are fixed solid into the new gear/motor plate, the gear drive train now has an extra reduction gear in line to slow the rotator down (now over 7,000:1 ratio), giving more rotation & brake torque. Also the motor's aluminium pinion gear was replaced with my all new steel version that was Laser Sintered Metal 3D Printed for me locally.   

Completely disassembled & cleaned etc, checked all parts for damage. All gears are in very good condition. I order to add an extra gear into the drive train I replaced the first 3 gears with new versions which have a narrower set plus the No 1 gear was cut down to the narrower set. The new longer 12mm gear shafts had C-clip grooves cut into them, to hold the two top heavy gear off the faster moving lower gears, this also reduces the load on the motor letting these spin free. Replaced the original control cable socket with a new 5 pin IP67 version. The housings were Glass Bead Blasted, etch primed followed by painting in epoxy enamel (pewter).

Reassembled with new bearing & new grease through out. Re-aligned & calibrated with the controller.

The Replacement DS3 Controller: - Panel metered display with LED illumination, DS3p PCB & manual direction switches.

Fully disassembled, cleaned & prepared chassis for new upgraded parts.

The back panel: - New 6 pin Cinch socket & S/S cover plate, fused IEC 240v socket & earth bolt with wing nut.

On the inside: - Replaced original PCB with my NEW DS3p versions, Upgraded display illumination with a 3 LED module driven by the power supply on the DS3p PCB. Original Transformer was replaced with 2 individual transformers (12v the display PCB etc & a 100v for rotator drive both are 240v input.  Re-assembled, fully tested & aligned with the rotator.

The MA-100 Rotator: - Has Seiren Planetary Differential Drive Gear System made up of 6 spur gears & two internal gears, All gearing is manufactured in steel including the POT drive gearing etc, Motor is a high torque 100v AC split phase reversible motor.

 Disassembled to the last nut, bolt & screw, then cleaned & check all parts for damage.

 All the housings have been Glass Bead Blasted by IMPACT GLASS BEAD follow by etch primer & then sprayed in Enamel hammer tone (sliver) paint.

 Replaced the control cable terminal with a new flying lead with new IP67 7pin round socket (includes new 7 pin plug).

 Installed New: - 500-ohm POT & mounting bracket, Motor start CAP, 8 x bearing races & top/bottom bearings, Limit switches, Motor plate & shields, Most imperial threads were drilled out & metric RECOILS inserts were installed along with new screws & bolts etc, Stainless steel mast clamps & hardware, fully rewire with tined copper wire.

 Re-aligned & calibrated with the controller.

I was commissioned by a customer to upgrade his New unopened Yaesu G-450CDC rotator set, however before completion the customer had to pull out because of health reasons.

I purchased the rotator set from him & I finished the project, as I had a customer that wanted the G-450CDC controller.

Sorry no pics or video of the upgrades, as I was trying get this job done quick for the customer. 

The G-1000DXA Controller :-  

I purchased this controller as new unused in it's original unopened plastic bag, I checked & test it to make sure it was working properly.

All's I have done is install a new safety power plug.

Aligned & calibrated it to the G-650DC rotator.

The G-650DC Rotator :- 

This was a G-450DC rotator that has a 24v DC motor, includes new original unopened top mast clamps & all GAL hardware + plugs.

I upgraded the problematic BK brake system, the customer want me to fit limit switches (as the original G-450AC rotators never had them) but it already had them installed, while it was apart we decided to upgrade it to a G-650 by adding the second set of final drive gears.

Re-assembled with new grease through out.

Aligned & calibrated with the DXA controller.

Supplied with the original NEW unopened top mast clamps & GAL mounting hardware + Plugs, manual.

240v AC, 36month warranty.
