Ring Gear 7501-005 for DR-7500/7600 Rotators. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST. I'am looking at getting the 7501-005 ring gear manufactured in high tensile steel, this will have to be done in a two part process, NCN Machining & Gear Cutting. Both process are not cheap, how ever I'am looking to get a small run of 10 - 20 done at first, unless there is more interest. The sell price should be under $275.00AUD. NEW. POT Drive Gear (no.13) for Daiwa DR-7500 & DR-7600 Rotators. Also Kenpro KR-400, KR-500, KR-600 & Yaesu G-400, G-500, G-600 ROTATORS. This is my NEW replacement POT drive gear that was manufactured for me by AMS. The gear is Laser Sintered 3D printed from PA2200 Polyamide 12, a whitish fine powder. The powder is laid down in a fine coat & is then Sintered by a Laser, the process is repeated building up to a finished product. NEW. Replacement Display Drive Gear 10 tooth. For DC-7001, DC-7011 & CR-4(P) controllers. This drive gear is the first gear from the pulley in the display gearing & is meant to be a tight fit onto the drive shaft. The original gear cracks then starts slips making the display needle stop & start or not work at all + the POT gives faulty reading to the control circuit. Another indicator of a cracked gear is it starts to make clicking sounds as no 2 gear passes over the cracked section. |

NEW PRODUCT For DR-7500/7600 & Kenpro KR-400/600 rotators. KD-38T replacement single piece final drive gear (Item 18). Specs. :- 8mm thick steel, 38 teeth & 6.8mm shaft hole, 106 gram in weight & 117 grams including the new spacer. KD-38T replaces the 3 or 4 stack of gears, which move, separate, tracks groves in the ring gear & no 19 gear etc & has less contact area onto the ring gear. KD-38T is made in Australia for me by SWB Plus (Newvale) Engineering. KD-38T gear will not track groves in the ring gear & has more surface contact area with the ring gear. Which means less damage / breakages to the (rare) ring gear. KD-38T is a direct replacement for the final drive gear in DR-7600 & Kenpro KR-600 rotators. KD-38Ts will be supplied with a new (Item 15) thinner & wider spacer for DR-7500 & Kenpro KR-400 rotators, because KD-38T is thicker than the original three stack gear this will set the spacing to the same as DR7600's & KR600's. NOTE :- All Daiwa DR-7600 & Kenpro KR-600 rotators rebuilt by me will have the KD-38T installed into them. |
