The new V clamp is made from 3mm S/S, which has been Laser cut & computer folded for me by Micron Manufacturing.

Bracket has been Glass Bead Blasted, etch primed then painted in Epoxy enamel paint, Grey, Pewter or silver.

Mast clamp/bracket assembly can also be used as upper or lower mast clamp on 501, 502, 747, 750, 1102/3, 1105, 1200 & 1300 Emotator rotators.

REFURBISHED. Heavy Duty MAST CLAMP for 1200 or 1300 Emotator rotators.

These heavy duty mast clamps were original designed for the 1500 & 1800 extra large rotators.

For this mast clamps to fit the smaller 120mm dia mounting pattern rotator & be able to utilize the full clamping range, it will need an adaptor plate, either the Emotator #453 wobble plate (I have a few in stock) OR MY NEW MC1219AP, see below.

Has been glass bead blasted, etched primed then painted in Gloss Epoxy Enamel (Pewter). 

Weight is 2.9kg inc S/S hardware.

Supplied with M10 S/S clamping bolts.

NEW.  Aluminium Adaptor Plate for the heavy duty MC-1219 (#1219) mast clamp.

This replaces the steel Emotator (#453) Universal Coupling (Wobble Plate). 

This new adaptor plate was designed for the MC-1219 mast clamps so it can fit any 6 bolt (120 dia.) mount bolt pattern rotator & will then be able to accept a mast of 50 ~ 80mm dia.

Emotator 747, 750, 1102/3, 1105, 1200 & 1300 rotators. 

Made from 178mm dia. solid aluminium bar 20mm thick & machined with 6 x counter sunk + 6 x M10 threaded holes & weight is 1.3kg.

Aluminium Adaptor Plate designed for the heavy duty MC-1219 (#1219) mast clamp.

This NEW adaptor plate & Refurbished MC-1219 mast clamps will fit most 6 bolt (120 dia.) mount bolt pattern rotator & will then be able to accept a mast of 50 ~ 80mm dia.

NEW.  Replacement/upgrade STEEL Pinion gear for the Emotator 1200 rotator, this NEW pinion replaces FX-44 the original aluminium version. The NEW pinion is made from Maraging Steel MS1, which is Laser Sintered 3D printed for me by ASM in Australia. The new pinion hardness is 33-37 Hrc, a lot harder than the original aluminium version, which drives a metal gear that would ware a groove into the aluminium pinion teeth.

NEW Upgrade Replacement 'O' Ring Seal For Hollow Axle/Housing of EV-800X elevation rotator.

This is a replacement double 'O' ring seal, that I developed & made too replace the original 2x 'V' (stacked together) seals that cracks & brakes down + is a pain when reassembling EV unit.

Only 1 'O' ring is needed each side instead of the multi stacked together original ones. This replacement 'O' ring seal are made from 2 different size & diameter 'O' rings glued together.

These replacement 'O' ring seals install in one direction only as there are tapered.
