The new V clamp is made from 3mm S/S, which has been Laser cut & computer folded for me by Micron Manufacturing. REFURBISHED. Heavy Duty MAST CLAMP for 1200 or 1300 Emotator rotators. These heavy duty mast clamps were original designed for the 1500 & 1800 extra large rotators. For this mast clamps to fit the smaller 120mm dia mounting pattern rotator & be able to utilize the full clamping range, it will need an adaptor plate, either the Emotator #453 wobble plate (I have a few in stock) OR MY NEW MC1219AP, see below. Has been glass bead blasted, etched primed then painted in Gloss Epoxy Enamel (Pewter). Weight is 2.9kg inc S/S hardware. Supplied with M10 S/S clamping bolts.

The NEW pinion is made from Maraging Steel MS1, which is Laser Sintered 3D printed for me by ASM in Australia. The new pinion hardness is 33-37 Hrc, a lot harder than the original aluminium version, which drives a metal gear that would ware a groove into the aluminium pinion teeth. This is a replacement double 'O' ring seal, that I developed & made too replace the original 2x 'V' (stacked together) seals that cracks & brakes down + is a pain when reassembling EV unit. Only 1 'O' ring is needed each side instead of the multi stacked together original ones. This replacement 'O' ring seal are made from 2 different size & diameter 'O' rings glued together. These replacement 'O' ring seals install in one direction only as there are tapered. |
